1. Who is responsible
Agency500 (CVR 44732874, Denmark) is the data controller for personal data processed through PowerStyle. That means we decide why and how your data is used.
2. What we collect
Account data: email address, display name and profile picture (if you sign in with Google), and login credentials. Plan data: which plan you have and its status. Usage and technical data: pages visited, device and browser information and IP address. Support data: messages you send us.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
To create and secure your account and provide the library and tools (performance of contract). To manage your plan (contract). To prevent fraud and keep the service secure, and to improve the product (legitimate interests). To answer support requests (contract / legitimate interests). To meet accounting and legal duties (legal obligation). We do not sell your data and do not send marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Hosting, database and authentication providers that run the service for us; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles the sale of plans, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within 30 days after you close your account, except where we must keep records longer by law (for example Danish bookkeeping rules).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted administrator access.
9. Cookies and storage
We only use essential browser storage: your sign-in session and your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
