Terms of Service

1. Who we are
PowerStyle is operated by Agency500, a company registered in Denmark (CVR 44732874). When you use PowerStyle or buy a plan, your agreement is with Agency500.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use PowerStyle, you agree to these terms. If you use PowerStyle on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you must be of legal age in your country.
3. The service
PowerStyle provides Microsoft Power Apps component templates, design tools, settings and YAML that you can copy into your own apps. Free features are open to everyone; Basic and Pro plans unlock additional tools and output.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Licence
While your plan is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates and tool output in your own apps and your clients' apps. Output you have already placed in an app may keep being used after your plan ends.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; reselling or redistributing the templates as a competing library; reverse engineering or circumventing plan limits; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading).
7. Intellectual property
Agency500 retains all rights in PowerStyle, including its software, templates, documentation and branding, except the licence granted above.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Plans renew monthly until cancelled; after cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
9. Service level
We work to keep PowerStyle available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Templates are provided “as is” — test them in your own environment before production use. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time; we then delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are handled by the Danish courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
